Purpose of the Platform:

The Platform facilitates contact between freelancers and clients for the provision of services. The company is not responsible for transactions or issues that may arise between the parties. We act solely as intermediaries by providing the tool for connection between freelancers and clients.

Data Privacy:

We comply with all applicable data privacy laws. Details regarding the collection, processing, and use of personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided in their profiles. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate the terms and conditions.

Transactions and Payments:

The Platform does not manage or guarantee financial transactions between freelancers and clients. Any financial or service agreement is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

Profile Deletion:

Users may choose to delete their profiles at any time. Upon doing so, the profile will be removed from the Platform. However, if there are any pending services, it is advisable to mark them as completed before deletion. Contact information will be retained internally for one year to address potential claims related to services provided or consumed.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorised reproduction or use of such elements is not permitted.

Changes to Terms:
